Happy New Year

I took this photo on 3/1/24. It had been raining the day before. The canal had overflowed. But I was also told that a drain had been demolished and concreted over. So some streets were flooded. There were people trying to unblock the drains. Some unable to get to work. This is Loughborough. Happy New Year.
